What to expect.

A personalized care plan for you and based on your goals!

Includes assessment skills:

** (baby): oral anatomy and function, sucking and latching, and growth and development.

** (mother): health conditions, birth and lactation history, welling-being, breasts and nipples.

** hands-on breastfeeding, best-practices about lactation and newborn development. Interventions may applied and discussed.

** weight check (hospital-grade scale) for growth and milk intake if needed (only in-person). Educational resources. Plus 1 week of SMS/email support based on plan provided to you.


Postpartum Lactation Package

Book multiple visits at a lower rate. This is available especially for first-time mamas when everything is overwhelming and new! Please inquire and we will make package designed for you!

  • Knowledge about birth practices that help lactation, how lactation works, how to avoid overwhelming difficulties with confidence, and lactation assessment

  • Essential skills- breastfeeding positions, latching, and hand expression milk when baby arrives

  • Advice for creating breastfeeding spaces in your home, and supplies to buy, and additional educational resources.

  • Write a customized birth breastfeeding plan based on your breast assessment, health history (prenatal, breastfeeding, and birth) and your goals, expectations, and concerns to get off to a good start.

  • Discount on phone consults to answer your questions that arise before birth.

For current clients who find themselves having doubts or googling simple questions about breastfeeding as their baby grows. This will definitely put your mind more at ease by getting the most accurate advise from an IBCLC and up to date resources, as we know google is not the most reliable source of information.

Prenatal Breastfeeding Class

Turn your breastfeeding experience into success!

 
 

You deserve to be informed and prepared to take on breastfeeding. Discover what you need to do and what babies like to get off to a good start!

Baby Led Weaning Class

Most parents are eager and excited to give their baby solids, yet introducing solids too early can increase a child’s health risks.

 

In class you will learn:

  • when your baby is physically ready, and risks of introducing foods too early,

  • infant normal response to new foods,

  • types of foods for development and health,

  • optimal feeding environments (how to make it fun!), safety and how to prevent choking

  • take home some favorite recipes loved by other kids and my personal favorites,

Get advanced in knowing your baby better. Learn about:

  • theory and research linking to developmental mental leaps and crying, and biological sleep patterns

  • tips to calm and soothe your baby during these difficult times

  • strategies to encourage further infant development
